Your new pool cue is warranted to you, the original owner, for as long as you own it against defective workmanship.
Damage or failure due to misuse, abuse, improper storage, or warpage is
specifically excluded from this or any other warranty expressed or implied.
This warranty is not transferable.

Should you experience a problem with your custom pool cue that you feel may,
or should be covered under warranty, please feel free call me!
I'm happy to discuss any problem you may be having (warranty related or not).

If you will return your custom pool cue to me after one year I will "tune" it up for you at no charge.
I will replace the non laminated tip at no charge, recondition the shaft, clean the wrap, and buff and polish the finish.
Your only cost for this service is for round trip shipping.

Provided you take proper care of your new cue, it will deliver many years of service to you. Enjoy it, & good shooting.
