Your new pool cue is warranted to you, the original owner, for as long as you own it against defective workmanship. Damage or failure due to misuse, abuse, improper storage, or warpage is specifically excluded from this or any other warranty expressed or implied. This warranty is not transferable.

Should any component fail due to faulty workmanship, call me! I will ask you to return your pool cue to my shop where a determination may be made of the reason for the failure. If the failure is determined to be due to workmanship, I will, at my discretion, repair or replace it at no charge.

Return your cue to me after one year and I will "tune" it up for you at no charge. I will replace the tip, recondition the shaft, clean the wrap, and buff and polish the finish.

Provided you take proper care of your new cue, it will deliver many years of service to you. Enjoy it, & good shooting.
